Ways To Give

Your Support Can Make A Difference – There are Many Ways to Give

Monthly or Quarterly Giving – Join Us In Creating Healthy Communities
Make a recurring gift of any size on our donation page. Your gift will be automatically charged to your credit at the frequency and for the amount you choose. Your ongoing support will help the Foundation invest in quality health care through Cook County Health.

Honor or Remember Someone Special In Your Life
Celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, promotions, births or any other occasion by giving a gift in honor of a family member, friend or colleague. We will send a card to the person you are honoring to celebrate their life event.

A gift in memory of someone special who has passed a way is a gift that carries their memory forward while providing support for the health and wellness for another person. We will send a card to the family to let them know of your generous gift and offer condolences.

Your Support Adds Up Through Your Amazon Purchases
